產品簡介INTRODUCTION

NG-30L氮氣發(fā)生器是以中空纖維膜組為核心技術，通過對壓縮空氣進行氮、氧分離產出合格純度的氮氣。膜組采用韓國AIRRANE中空纖維膜組作為空氣核心部件主要部件，具有氣量大、體積小、壽命長、節(jié)能等特點。儀器具有純度在線檢測、壓力檢測、系統(tǒng)各項參數及安全保護功能。產出的氮氣壓力純度穩(wěn)定無波動，無須維護，自動化水平高，特別適用于用氣穩(wěn)定的工作場合及新建場合。膜組是由上百萬根像頭發(fā)絲一樣細的中空纖維纏繞而成。壓縮空氣由纖維孔中流入，在壓力作用下，氣體分子在膜壁上吸附、溶解、擴散、脫溶然后逸出到膜外。由于不同的氣體完成上述過程的速度不同。而氧、二氧化碳、水蒸氣、乙炔等滲透速率高的氣體由高壓內側經由纖維壁滲出,被排出膜組，氮氣等滲透速率低的慢氣被富集在中空纖維膜內，由膜組的另一端送入用戶，從而實現了空氣中氧、氮分離。廣泛應用于工業(yè)、制造、輪胎充氣，食品飲料以及實驗室分析儀器。

The NG-30L nitrogen generator is based on the hollow fiber membrane group as the core technology, and produces nitrogen of qualified purity by separating nitrogen and oxygen from compressed air. The membrane group adopts the Korean AIRRANE hollow fiber membrane group as the main part of the air core component, which has the characteristics of large air volume, small volume, long life and energy saving. The instrument has the functions of online purity detection, pressure detection, system parameters and safety protection. The output nitrogen pressure purity is stable and does not fluctuate, requires no maintenance, and has a high level of automation. It is especially suitable for working places with stable gas consumption and new construction places. The membrane stack is wound by millions of hollow fibers as thin as hair. Compressed air flows in from the fiber holes, and under pressure, gas molecules adsorb, dissolve, diffuse, and desolventize on the membrane wall, and then escape out of the membrane. Because different gases complete the above process at different speeds. Gases with high permeation rates such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and acetylene seep out from the high-pressure inner side through the fiber wall and are discharged from the membrane group. The other end is sent to the user, thus realizing the separation of oxygen and nitrogen in the air. Widely used in industry, manufacturing, tire inflation, food and beverage, and laboratory analysis instruments.
